(1) According to section 21 of the Act, if there is a crop loss, the person suffering such loss must submit a report to the Malpot Office by the 15th of Kartik. (2) If an application is made according to sub-rule (1), the shipping office shall, by the 15th of the same year, inspect the route and the land, including the land, and determine the amount of compensation to be paid in proportion to the loss and report to the Government of Nepal.
(3) According to sub-rule (2), the land owner shall not harvest the relevant crop until the land has been measured and surveyed.
